Enrollment, Payments & Refunds**  - Payments are processed via third-party platforms (e.g., Square). - Enrollment terms, refunds, withdrawals, and access rules are governed by the specific - Enrollment Agreement or course-specific policies. - Digital products and educational materials are generally non-refundable unless otherwise stated. **4. Intellectual Property** All content, including but not limited to: - Videos - Documents - Worksheets - Course materials - Logos and branding are the intellectual property of Equine Kneads, LLC and may not be copied, distributed, shared, or resold without written permission. **5. User Conduct** You agree not to: - Share login credentials - Record or redistribute course materials - Misrepresent credentials or affiliation - Engage in harassment, misconduct, or unethical behavior Violations may result in termination without refund. **6. Third-Party Platforms** Use of Teachable, Square, Calendly, HubSpot, or other platforms is subject to their respective terms and policies. Equine Kneads is not responsible for third-party service failures. **7. Limitation of Liability** To the fullest extent permitted by law, Equine Kneads shall not be liable for: - Indirect or consequential damages - Loss of income, data, or business - Reliance on educational content **8. Indemnification** You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Equine Kneads, LLC from claims arising from your use of services or violation of these Terms. **9. Governing Law** These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wisconsin, without regard to conflict of law principles. **10.
