3. Enrollment, Payments & Refunds 

  • Payments are processed via third-party platforms (e.g., Square).
  • Enrollment terms, refunds, withdrawals, and access rules are governed by the specific
  • Enrollment Agreement or course-specific policies.
  • Digital products and educational materials are generally non-refundable unless otherwise stated.

4. Intellectual Property

All content, including but not limited to:

  • Videos
  • Documents
  • Worksheets
  • Course materials
  • Logos and branding are the intellectual property of Equine Kneads, LLC and may not be copied, distributed, shared, or resold without written permission.

5. User Conduct

You agree not to:

  • Share login credentials
  • Record or redistribute course materials
  • Misrepresent credentials or affiliation
  • Engage in harassment, misconduct, or unethical behavior

Violations may result in termination without refund.

6. Third-Party Platforms

Use of Teachable, Square, Calendly, HubSpot, or other platforms is subject to their respective

terms and policies. Equine Kneads is not responsible for third-party service failures.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Equine Kneads shall not be liable for:

  • Indirect or consequential damages
  • Loss of income, data, or business
  • Reliance on educational content

8. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Equine Kneads, LLC from claims arising from your

use of services or violation of these Terms.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wisconsin, without regard to conflict of law principles.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use constitutes acceptance of changes.
